What You’ll Do As our Building Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground expert keeping our properties running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building maintenance or a related trade field
- Hands-on familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- The ability to handle a physical workload day in and day out
- A deadline-driven, detail-oriented mindset
- A clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Assess and estimate the time and scope of repairs before beginning work
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs
- Maintain organized inventory of materials and supplies across locations
- Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors as needed
- Travel between our Southeast Wisconsin properties to perform hands-on maintenance work
