About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Building Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing warehouse located in Marietta! Qualifications for Building Maintenance Technicians: After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications: 1-3 years of building or facility maintenance experience ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Ability to safety operate hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical tasks in a production environment. Ability to work in noisy, dusty, hot, cold, or outdoor environments. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check. Assignment Duties for Building Maintenance Technicians : Perform routine and corrective maintenance across the facility. Assist in maintaining building systems critical to manufacturing operations. Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment and building infrastructure. Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize production downtime. Perform regular facility, equipment, and safety inspections. Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repair work. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance areas, tools, and equipment. Shift Details : Monday-Friday – 7:00AM-6:00PM Pay Rate : $21.00/hour Benefits : Full time.
