About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of assigned facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities to ensure they remain safe, secure, and in excellent working condition
• Perform general and preventative maintenance across building systems, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
• Troubleshoot basic power and electrical issues as needed
• Replace lighting components such as bulbs, ballasts, and drivers
• Assist with moving and setting up office furniture, machinery, and equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related concerns
