About The Position

This position is responsible for performing maintenance on plant structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Verifiable building and grounds maintenance experience, residential wiring, concrete/tile work, minor automotive repair, plumbing, painting, and construction experience.
• Must have strong mechanical / construction skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of Building Maintenance Work Orders.
• Complete timely and accurate repairs.
• Maintain Grounds.
• Ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning.
• Maintain Grounds Equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis.
