About The Position
C+W Services is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician with excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a positive team-player attitude to maintain the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use site located in Somers, NY. The primary responsibilities include performing rounds and readings during off-shift hours, responding to customer calls, troubleshooting building systems, performing general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, and ensuring that the building and property are kept in good working order while exceeding client/customer expectations. This position may utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and heating and cooling. The ability to troubleshoot and navigate HVAC and Controls systems issues is a plus.
