The position involves performing day-to-day emergency and preventive maintenance repairs, completing daily logs, and managing assigned work orders. The role requires repairs of building systems including plumbing, roofs, drains, and HVAC, as well as maintaining cleanliness in common areas and exterior grounds. The individual will respond quickly to emergency situations and perform routine inspections of buildings and grounds. The position includes an on-call rotation for off-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, unless the individual is ill or on PTO. Other related duties may be assigned, and maintaining a great working relationship with tenants and co-workers is essential. Compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety is required.
