About The Position
Arbors Management currently has an opening for a Building Maintenance Technician located in Fairmont, WV. This is a skilled position for a person with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and doing something different every day, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs. On-call time is split with another maintenance employee. Pay is based on experience.
