As a maintenance mechanic with Gordon Food Service, you’ll have the opportunity to be hands-on with building schematics/blueprints, electrical troubleshooting, conveyor systems, building maintenance, hi-speed doors, and more. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Pay: Pay starts at $21.90 - 27.75 based on experience Earn an additional $2.85 per hour performance incentive - no flat rates! Requirements

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Maintenance: Ability to perform basic Preventive Maintenance (PMs) and experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (specifically IBM Maximo).
  • Electrical Skills: Ability to wire a 480V 3-Phase motor using a standard wiring diagram.
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle certification required
  • Three years previous machine repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education and training.
  • You'll be asked to do work in high places, freezing cold spaces, inside/outside, and anywhere within the building where you are needed
  • Successful passing of drug screen and background check
  • Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in forklift repair
