About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
6 months of experience in building maintenance, custodial, general, or labor work
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department. Ability to climb stairs
Ability to be on call as scheduled for at least one week of each month
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Technical or trade school classes in related field
Basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing skills preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain working knowledge of irrigation and plumbing systems throughout the property
Manage Maintain Grandscape equipment, including but not limited to golf carts, Columbia, Trikkes, and UTVs
Plan Inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment
Assist Conduct daily property inspections to include roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yards
Collaborate Support the set up and tear down of event spaces
