About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance/Painter to perform general maintenance tasks and painting duties to keep our facility in excellent condition.
Requirements
- Prior experience in building maintenance and painting preferred
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior areas
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
