About The Position

To perform carpentry, painting and related duties in the repair, maintenance and remodeling of City buildings. This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

Requirements

• Completion of a high school or vocational technical school course in the building trades.
• Two (2) years of experience in routine maintenance and repair of building structures utilizing carpentry, painting or related building trades skills.
• One (1) year of personal computer experience.
• Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
