About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our buildings and ensuring a safe, functional, and attractive environment for our tenants and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (more than 50 lbs).
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, change air filters & light bulbs, and carpentry.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meeting set ups.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Build and Move furniture.
• Clean up trash around the perimeter of the facilities.
