About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Current driver's license with a good driving record.
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hotel property maintenance including doors, wall coverings, flooring, and tile.

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls and perform general repairs in a hotel environment.
• Manage multiple cosmetic projects including painting and carpentry.
• Ensure the property is maintained in the best possible condition.
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently with limited supervision.
