Responsibilities include replacing HVAC and smoke eater filters, notifying management concerning the need for repairs, and removing snow, ice, and debris from all facility entrances and walkways. The role also requires maintaining exterior grounds and parking lots, ensuring floor cleanliness, and communicating inventory supply status to management. Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are part of the job, along with reporting any observed security, environmental, and health and safety-related concerns and equipment malfunctions. Other duties may be assigned, and promoting superior guest service is essential.

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Maintains racetrack and property performing routine repairs, painting and maintenance activities.
• Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters.
• Notifies management concerning need for any repairs.
