Building Maintenance & Custodian
About The Position
This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm and is responsible for performing daily cleaning and basic maintenance & repairs across several locations. Daily cleaning is expected to represent approximately half of this position. Weekly cleaning and additional “deep cleaning” are also required at other Burlington locations. More locations may be added in the future. General maintenance will include basic maintenance such as moving small furniture or items up to 50 lbs., replacing lighting, painting, minimal maintenance/building exterior maintenance, maintaining fixtures, consulting with building/maintenance items, and coordination with outside vendors on larger projects. This is a non-exempt position which pays $23-$25 per hour.
