Requirements

- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing preferred
- Attention to detail
- Professional appearance and communication

Responsibilities
- Maintain exterior and interior upkeep of the facility
- Diagnose and repair all major facility appliances and equipment
- Collaborate with other facilities and construction departments
- Communicate all necessary repairs that will interfere with daily business activities
- Order and install new equipment
- Ensure the facility represents a professional and luxury environment
