As a Building Maintenance Assistant at JLL, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting daily operations that keep our clients' facilities running smoothly. Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials safely in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated reliability in previous roles
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying conditions
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed to support business operations
• Valid driver's license for potential travel to Mechanicsburg facility
• Commitment to following all safety protocols and maintaining safe work environments

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience
• Experience with waste management and recycling processes
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment maintenance and procedures
• Cross-training experience in multiple operational functions
• Familiarity with facility maintenance best practices

Responsibilities

• Manage cardboard and trash removal throughout the warehouse facility while ensuring proper waste segregation
• Empty recyclables and maintain efficient waste management systems across the facility
• Utilize existing equipment and supplies efficiently to maintain optimal warehouse cleanliness standards
• Perform monthly maintenance tasks including swapping mop heads and maintaining cleaning equipment
• Provide backup support for skid handling operations when primary JLL associates are on PTO or absent
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure continuous operations and seamless workflow
• Cross-train on various warehouse functions to provide flexible coverage as needed
• Participate in overtime rotation to provide support at Mechanicsburg facility as business needs require
