Requirements

• State of WI, UDC, or ICC Building and/or Electrical Inspector certification(s) required
• Other state inspector certifications may be considered
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required

Nice To Haves

• Additional State of WI certification(s) are a plus
• Experience in municipal code inspections preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections during various stages of construction
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required
• Report violations and maintain files/records
• Perform other related duties as required
