Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver’s License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration
Greater than 1 year of general maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn maintenance and snow/ice removal.
Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques, procedures and materials.
Knowledge of safety rules, procedures and practices, including the proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards.
