About The Position
The Maintenance Building Groundskeeper (Utility) will be responsible for general building and equipment maintenance, including being a water operator, handling snow removal during winter months, and performing general repair and maintenance of all forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other equipment owned by the company. Responsibilities also include general building repairs such as plumbing needs, facility lighting, painting, and assisting with the general cleanliness of the facility and grounds. The associate will be responsible for trash removal from the facility and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the truck sheds, loafing sheds, maintenance shop, and bone yard. Some off-shift work will be scheduled, which may include weekends, and other seasonal work and duties within the Maintenance Department may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
