This position is temporary and will be inactivated once the district Building Fund projects have been completed, currently anticipated by June 30, 2030. Under the direction of the Executive Director for Building Fund or designee, the Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously managing multiple construction, and various remodel / renovation bond projects for the district. The role assists the Executive Director and appropriate district stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with contractually defined scopes and district quality standards, while working around academic schedules to ensure the least impact on student learning. The Project Manager also ensures all work conforms to Federal, State, County, and City regulations, including Americans with Disabilities Act and Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
