About The Position

Requirements

2+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience
Working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, utilities, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain forklift certification within 3 months
Ability to obtain Special Boiler License within 1 year
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor regularly
Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and around active equipment
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual work

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
Refrigerant certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements across the brewery
Maintain and repair plumbing, lighting, HVAC support systems, and general infrastructure
Support operation and upkeep of key utility systems including steam, wastewater, CO₂, and compressed air
Complete daily facility checks to ensure systems are running safely and efficiently
Assist with projects such as drywall, painting, carpentry, and general construction
Support maintenance team with troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment-related projects
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure tools and materials are properly stored
Follow all safety protocols and support compliance with environmental and safety standards
