The position involves conducting field observations associated with existing facilities and performing various facilities-related services. These services include roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and fire stopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations. The role also requires attending project meetings and assisting in project resolutions, as well as helping to resolve both technical and administrative project issues.
