Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of Restoration experience.
  • OSHA30 certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% (NC & SC) and be home on weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a crew.
  • Experience in supervising subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use email communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage field operations to provide a positive and efficient working environment for crews.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, production planning, tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Act as an extension of the project manager and Foreman to communicate work plans to the crew.
  • Report progress, roadblocks, and issues to the Sr. PM.
  • Supervise and support crew regarding safety, quality, and labor production.
  • Monitor job site cleanliness and daily housekeeping.
  • Ensure all materials received are counted and compared to purchase orders.
  • Plan material needs daily to avoid shortages.
  • Monitor and maintain on-site equipment.
  • Prepare and submit daily job reports and time sheets.
  • Ensure overall safety and quality of each job.
  • Attend all coordination planning meetings.
