About The Position
The Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) program at Bain & Company is designed to provide undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds with an opportunity to explore a career in management consulting. Participants will receive training similar to that of associate consultants, work on real client projects, and present their findings to leadership. This weeklong program includes mentorship, networking events, and the chance to interview for an Associate Consultant Internship upon completion.
