Under the general supervision of the Manager of Building Engineering, the Building Engineering Technician 1 ensures the mechanical systems within the zoo's facilities are operating efficiently. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues in HVAC systems, electrical controls, plumbing, elevators, life safety systems, and emergency power supplies.
