Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
- Conducting inspections, performing repairs, coordinating equipment upgrades, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Responsible for electrical system installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial buildings.
- Conducting electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and performing electrical upgrades.
- Maintaining and repairing various building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance tasks.
- Conducting routine inspections, responding to work orders, and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
- Operating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of mechanical systems in commercial buildings.
- Conducting preventive maintenance, performing equipment troubleshooting, and assisting in managing building automation systems.
- Providing responsive and efficient maintenance services to clients, including HVAC system checks and equipment repairs.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, or general maintenance roles.
- Ability to conduct inspections and perform repairs.
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- EPA Universal certification.
- HVAC/R certification.
- Journeyman Electrician certification.
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class engineer certifications.
- Boiler operators license.
