Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
  • Conducting inspections, performing repairs, coordinating equipment upgrades, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Responsible for electrical system installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial buildings.
  • Conducting electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and performing electrical upgrades.
  • Maintaining and repairing various building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance tasks.
  • Conducting routine inspections, responding to work orders, and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Operating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of mechanical systems in commercial buildings.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance, performing equipment troubleshooting, and assisting in managing building automation systems.
  • Providing responsive and efficient maintenance services to clients, including HVAC system checks and equipment repairs.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, or general maintenance roles.
  • Ability to conduct inspections and perform repairs.
  • Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • EPA Universal certification.
  • HVAC/R certification.
  • Journeyman Electrician certification.
  • 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class engineer certifications.
  • Boiler operators license.
