Starting Pay at $30 – $35 per hour.

Requirements

• Combination of education and experience to equal 5 years in HVAC&R, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance and building automation.
• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing.
• Advanced proficiency with computers, BAS software and preventative maintenance software.
• 1st Class Grade C boilers license, Universal refrigerant license, Certified Pool Operator’s license.
• Valid Class D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
• Industrial Truck Driving permit may be required (forklift).
• Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
• Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise and perform installation, service, repair and preventative maintenance of all building systems and equipment. Schedule and supervise work done by outside contractors on building systems.
• Document and communicate information regarding building systems and equipment to Director and all affected departments including installation, repair and preventative maintenance schedules, equipment breakdowns and safety concerns.
• Identify problems related to building systems and equipment. Coordinate and make repairs.
• Respond to and assist in all building, equipment or systems emergency situations involving the Maintenance department. Other duties as assigned.
• Monitor therapy pool and water feature water conditions and maintain records according to applicable law.
• Monitor building temperatures and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Operate, program, troubleshoot and repair fire, security and related equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, work area and service vehicle.
