About The Position
The Building Engineer II plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems and infrastructure within a Class A commercial office property. Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, this position is responsible for performing skilled work in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. This role also assists with vendor oversight, tenant support, and mentoring junior engineering staff. The position is considered essential and requires availability for after-hours emergencies.
