Leading and performing the delivery of BECx services, ensuring quality assurance throughout the design and construction phases.
Managing and guiding project managers on multiple assignments, overseeing diverse teams, and developing BECx best practices.
Actively contributing to business development, strategy, and forecasting, while being involved in recruiting, budgeting, and corporate initiatives.
Maintaining registrations and certifications relevant to the role (expenses associated with certifications and renewals are paid by MBP).

Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA), or certification as a BECxP or CxA+BE (or currently qualify to get certified).
5+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure design, construction administration, or commissioning.
In-depth knowledge and proven experience in the BECx process.
Deep understanding of enclosure systems, performance testing, and common failure modes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and earn client trust.
Strong project management experience, including budgeting, leadership, and business development.
The drive and vision to take ownership and grow a service into a strategic business line.
