  • Leading and performing the delivery of BECx services, ensuring quality assurance throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Managing and guiding project managers on multiple assignments, overseeing diverse teams, and developing BECx best practices.
  • Actively contributing to business development, strategy, and forecasting, while being involved in recruiting, budgeting, and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintaining registrations and certifications relevant to the role (expenses associated with certifications and renewals are paid by MBP).
  • Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA), or certification as a BECxP or CxA+BE (or currently qualify to get certified).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure design, construction administration, or commissioning.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven experience in the BECx process.
  • Deep understanding of enclosure systems, performance testing, and common failure modes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and earn client trust.
  • Strong project management experience, including budgeting, leadership, and business development.
  • The drive and vision to take ownership and grow a service into a strategic business line.
