About The Position

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Building Enclosure Associate II to join our Southwest Facilities team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you’ll work on projects involving inspections, testing, assessments, and commissioning of building enclosures for existing structures. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to a diverse range of facilities and clients. Conduct testing and consulting services for the built environment, including condition assessments, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and repair design, among other facilities-related services

Requirements

  • B.Arch or M.Arch accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required

  • Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and project deliverables
  • Contribute to a variety of teams and enclosure-related projects, from inception to completion, in both new and existing construction
  • Collaborate and interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects
  • Schedule and oversee the work of facilities technicians
  • Mentor and support the development of other staff
  • Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
