Job Summary Purdue University seeks a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the administration of three landmark campus buildings-WTHR, BRWN, and CHAZ-ensuring these spaces support the learning, collaboration, and growth that define the Purdue experience. The Facilities Operations Manager will guide a talented team of 6 in the stewardship of facilities maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement projects, reviewing work for high standards and operational excellence. This role will champion building cleanliness and repair, monitor all utility systems, and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for optimal operations. Strategic responsibilities include budgeting and inventory control, alongside the opportunity to shape key access systems for campus safety and resilience.
