As Building Coordinator III, your efforts help propel this mission. In this role, you will oversee all support and clerical activities at Akron General and Green Health and Wellness Center. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include ordering supplies, updating building signage, assisting with the huddle process and daily visual management. Your work is critical to the team, as you help facilitate the environment fellow caregivers need to work efficiently and cohesively. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 4:30PM. This role can be based out of Akron General or Green Health and Wellness Center.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of office experience
  • Five years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software

Nice To Haves

  • Office, project and/or purchasing experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as a liaison with external clients.
  • Coordinate various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff, paid time off and patient information.
  • Provide customer support to internal and external customers.
  • Prepare, provide analysis for and implement special studies and projects.
