  • Promptly handle service calls
  • Conduct semi-complex maintenance tests
  • Analyze existing BAS systems
  • Advise service coordinator, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions
  • Interpret mechanical drawings
  • Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices
  • Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers
  • Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results
  • Assist lead technician during owner training
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects
  • One (1) year of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4
  • One (1) year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols, including LON, BACnet, ModBus, and Metasys
  • Basic Ethernet networking including setting up of IP addresses and network communication
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience
  • Basic low voltage electrical testing skills
  • Must be authorized to work in US
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License
  • Associated degree or 1-2 years of Vocational Technical Training
