The Building Construction Program Manager 1 (HELPS) position involves coordinating and guiding building construction projects through various stages including planning, design, construction, and tenant occupancy. The role serves as the primary communication link between upper management and the OGS Design & Construction Group, ensuring timely decisions are made to keep projects on schedule and within budget while meeting client needs. The manager will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating in-house projects, recording project activities, and providing updates to upper management. Additional duties include providing supply lists for procurement and performing other assigned tasks.
