About The Position

The Xfinity Mobile Arena is one of the world's busiest arenas, home of the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia 76ers, Villanova University basketball, Philadelphia Wings, family shows and concerts. Since opening in 1996, the arena is the centerpiece of sports and entertainment in the greater Philadelphia region as well as prominently featured in the national spotlight. Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to take directives / follow commands
• Self-motivated
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to manage time wisely and effectively
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to, traditional business hours, nights, weekends and select holidays, as required
• Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, sweeping, mopping, climbing and walking
• Must be able to work safely in an environment containing caustic chemicals, cleaning materials, debris, dust, and trash
• Routinely required to work indoors and outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time
• The noise level in the work environments is minimal to moderate during non-event times and moderate to loud during event times

Responsibilities

• Base Pay: $16.00
• Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan
