As a Building Automation Systems Technician II, you will increase the efficiency and performance of air handling units (AHU), chillers, cooling towers and pumps. A caregiver in this position works, Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11am, with the ability to travel locally in Northeast Ohio as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working within one or more of the following areas: pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field
Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits and schematics

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and calibrate all temperature, humidity and recording devices including meters and gauges.
Read, write, modify, and maintain automated building software and hardware for designated systems.
Maintain inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and advise on system malfunctions and operational requirements.
Ensure safe and effective operations and working environment.
Respond to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately.
Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
