Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive profitable growth by promoting and selling high-value, integrated solutions and technology systems to consulting engineers, contractors, and end user customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HVAC controls industry experience.
  • Strong technical and industry knowledge in building systems and integration.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and retrofit project opportunities for our Integration product lines within your territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers to influence design and construction decisions.
  • Deliver complete technology and system solutions that meet customer objectives, code requirements, and profitability goals.
  • Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses to win new business.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations to engineers, clients, and industry groups.
  • Use CRM tools to track progress, manage opportunities, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Represent Stark Tech at trade shows, product demos, and professional networking events.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
