About The Position

The position is mainly responsible for the overall supervision of Building Automation projects to ensure accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This position requires the ability to lead and manage teams, implement and direct change, work independently, resolve problems and concerns, and follow numerous safety standards. This position normally acts as an independent project supervisor on small to large size projects from the initial bid to completion of project and ongoing client support. Contributes to the desired safety and work culture of the organization.

Requirements

• 2 years of basic understanding of building and construction materials, tools, and processes.
• 4 years of business administration and management principles.
• Basic understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• Experience working with building automation systems and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Building Automation projects to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and manage teams effectively.
• Implement and direct changes as necessary.
• Work independently and resolve problems and concerns.
• Follow safety standards throughout project execution.
• Act as an independent project supervisor from initial bid to project completion and ongoing client support.
