In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to building automation systems, including service agreement maintenance, project work, and on-call service. You will execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies, collaborating with various internal teams such as Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and Service Coordinators. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all safety requirements and complete necessary training. Your responsibilities will also include responding to service calls, performing repairs, maintaining documentation, and providing training to customer personnel on system operations. This position is flexible in terms of experience level, accommodating entry-level candidates with 1-2 years of experience, mid-level candidates with 3-5 years, and senior-level candidates with over 5 years of experience. You will primarily support customers in the Manhattan, NY area, and may be required to work overtime or participate in an on-call rotation.
