Your responsibilities will also include responding to service calls, performing repairs, maintaining documentation, and providing training to customer personnel on system operations. This position is flexible in terms of experience level, accommodating entry-level candidates with 1-2 years of experience, mid-level candidates with 3-5 years, and senior-level candidates with over 5 years of experience. You will primarily support customers in the Manhattan, NY area, and may be required to work overtime or participate in an on-call rotation.
