About The Position

The Building Attendant II position at the Applied Research Laboratories involves providing custodial services. Requirements

• Six months of experience in custodial maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate with all groups of clients.
• Must accommodate a work schedule of 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
• Must be able to accept supervision.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
