Requirements

Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of responsibility and safety awareness

Nice To Haves

Prior building oversight or supervisory experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Open the building at scheduled times
Conduct a walkthrough of the campus to ensure everything is in proper order
Turn on lights and prepare the building for use
Remain onsite for the duration of the event
Perform a final walkthrough after the event concludes
