About The Position

Servtech, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a dedicated Building Assembler Technician II to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal building structures on welded skids. We are seeking an individual who is committed to performing high-quality work safely, pays close attention to detail, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to read prints and other technical documents is preferred but not required.
Experience with handheld tools (drill, circular saw) and assembling parts is preferred.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Must be able to perform job responsibilities at various heights.
Basic mechanical aptitude required.
Elevated level of energy and motivation.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

Assemble metal building structures on welded skids using various tools and equipment according to job specifications.
Read, interpret, and follow basic prints and other written instructions and/or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
Install siding and roof panels on structures.
Organize all materials and equipment.
Must follow training and company procedures.
Operate mobile equipment including scissor lift, mobie deck crane, overhead cranes, and forklifts within the safety procedures and polices required.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Must follow good housekeeping practices.
Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
