Job Functions: Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional. Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces. Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables. Clean mirrors and windows. Responsible for stocking supplies in the coffee stations, copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed. Respond to emergency cleaning requests quickly and with a professional manner. Responsible for grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching and snow removal. Responsible for safely operating and maintaining powered equipment including tractor, zero turn mower, push mowers, backpack blower, weed eaters, etc. Responsible for other various facilities and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned by the Facility Engineer and/or Special Projects Supervisor. Adhere to the Company's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years work experience with lawn care equipment.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Regular physical attendance to at the worksite.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred.
