The Village at Luther Ridge in Chambersburg, PA is now hiring a Part-time Building and Grounds Technician!

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent normally required
• Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days
• Valid drivers license
• A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required

Responsibilities

• Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance.
• Handles shipping and receiving of various materials.
• Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds.
