About The Position

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment and building functions. Support continuous improvement, complete assigned work orders, and assist with projects to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and/or machine repair
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, machine wiring, and industrial electrical systems
• Basic PLC programming skills and machining skills
• Lockout Tagout and Arch Flash understanding.
• Computer literacy in MS Office products.
• Ability to allocate resources effectively.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Well-developed decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand for 90% of the work day; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC-R and EPA 608 Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and facility systems.
• Install electrical, compressed air, and other utility runs for new or existing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and complete work orders as assigned.
• Conduct facility maintenance and repairs, including building systems and grounds.
• Perform high dusting and maintain 3S/5S standards to ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Support safety, health, and environmental programs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist team members with projects and cross-functional tasks as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
