Building and Grounds Supervisor

Your Day-to-Day: Develop maintenance policy and procedures that ensure the functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Manage all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, waste management, grounds management and snow removal. Manage and train a staff of employees in the daily performance of their jobs of general upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Ensure all work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and that work orders are tracked and completed. May oversee contractors engaged for facility renovation projects. Orders and maintains inventory of supplies required for continuing operations. Help with the hiring and discipline processes of employees. Ensure that project, department milestones, and goals are met safely. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Previous experience as a supervisor or 4 years of Building and Grounds experience
- Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD products), and employment testing.
