Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 1+ years’ facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

  • Repair drywall, concrete, brick, and block surfaces.
  • Install carpet, floor and ceiling tiles, bulletin boards, and other items.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, waste disposal, snow removal, and more.
  • Paint interior and exterior surfaces including walls, pipes, line painting, striping, and stenciling.
  • Safely operate heavy equipment and cleaning equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and other job-related equipment.
  • Assist the Maintenance Department with tasks such as sanitation, fire watch, confined space entry, etc.
  • Prepare, transport, and stage chemicals for sanitation.
