The Building & Grounds Helper will be responsible for building and grounds janitorial and basic maintenance functions at the Jeffrey Energy Center. This position requires working in a noisy industrial environment, which includes exposure to extreme temperatures and inclement weather. The role involves working at heights and on slopes up to 30 degrees, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as FR clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, masks, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots. The position works rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires availability for overtime. Candidates must live within a 50-minute drive of the plant.
