The Building Administrator oversees the operations of YOU, Inc.'s residential Wetzel Center facilities, including the Village and Valor House.   • Lead the strategic and operational success of YOU, Inc.'s 24/7 residential programs by ensuring high-quality care in alignment with the agency's mission.
  • Monitor and evaluate program implementation, adjusting strategies to meet agency goals and compliance standards.
  • Assess potential risks related to programming, staffing, and client safety, responding to incidents promptly.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of residential staff and interns.
  • Develop and maintain program budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring financial performance aligns with agency goals.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal licensing standards and internal policies.
  • Promote client-centered care grounded in ethical practice and cultural humility.
  • Represent YOU, Inc. in community events and strengthen relationships with external partners.
  • Offer training opportunities to enhance skill development within the agency.
  • Participate in the on-call/after-hours rotation to respond to emergencies and staffing issues.
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in related fields, particularly in child/youth mental health and child welfare.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Valid driver's license, safe vehicle, and up-to-date insurance required.
  • Strong risk management and financial oversight skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster inclusion, equity, and community partnerships.
  • Experience in program development and oversight of licensed residential facilities.
  • Competitive salary range of $80.5K - $102K per year.
